Internship and Fellowship Programmes

InTent initiates and supports programmes that mentor young leaders in impact-driven decision-making and sustainability-focused careers. With programmes such as the InTent Internship Programme and the WEF Fellowship Agreement, we bridge academic excellence with hands-on experience.

Incubation & Acceleration Programmes

InTent empowers sustainability-driven startups by providing them with the financial support and strategic mentorship they need to develop and scale their nature-positive solutions. We support them through dedicated programmes such as Innovate 4 Nature (I4N) and the Earthshot Prize.

Executive Education & Training

We partner with business schools and universities to promote sustainability in business curricula, recruitment practices, and leadership. To achieve this, we maintain strong links with schools and organisations such as INSEAD, the Business School 4 Climate Leadership, IMD, and more.

Influence and Leadership Communities

We convene and support executive gatherings, leadership retreats, and business coalitions, creating empowering spaces where leaders and decision-makers can take counsel and make collective decisions that lead to systemic change. Executive gatherings supported by InTent – e.g., at COP16 in Riyadh with the UNCCD – nurture empowered communities of leaders who can snowball positive transformation both locally and globally.

Strategic Partnerships

InTent supports and collaborates with organisations and institutions that share its values and vision of transformation. InTent’s strategic partnerships are based on strict project specifications that ensure alignment and accountability. With partners like the Capitals Coalition, the World Economic Forum, the Nature Positive Initiative, the TNFD or Business for Nature, we walk the talk through research, field programmes, open-access resources, projects of influence, and more.
