SEED Impact Summit 2026
About
At the SEED Impact Summit, emerging talent from around the world presents three months of work on real projects and real challenges, spanning science, technology, healthcare, society and sustainability.
90+ young people across 20+ countries took part in the InTent Internship Programme (#IIP) or Roche’s Global Internship Programme in Innovation & Sustainability (#IP2TIS), working across Roche, startups and impact-driven organisations. They worked through ambiguity, tested ideas against real-world constraints and learned what it takes to move from concept to impact.
In short, five-minute pitches, interns share what they worked on, what they achieved, what they learned and what could come next.
