The Internship Programme

The InTent Internship Programme is an opportunity for NGO’s and businesses to welcome  impact-driven students in their team for a sponsored summer internship. Beyond the unique opportunity the programme represents for these organisations, André Hoffmann sees it as a community that fosters mutual growth.

Why has InTent developed this Internship Programme?

The InTent Internship Programme provides an opportunity for students who are passionate about sustainability and societal progress, a chance to intern at companies and NGOs that are working towards those same goals. The programme creates a bridge between these groups by fostering mutual growth and innovation.

InTent has developed this programme to nurture the next generation of leaders and changemakers, as it is paramount for addressing pressing global challenges. By connecting students with organisations committed to sustainability and positive impact, we aim to empower both these groups to create a more equitable, nature-positive, and resilient world.

Why is InTent focusing on students through this programme?

We believe in the transformative power of education and youth engagement. By providing students with hands-on experience and mentorship opportunities, we empower them to become active agents of change in their communities and beyond, aligning with InTent’s global mission of fostering positive impact.

Why focusing on supporting startups and NGOs?

Startups and NGOs often operate at the forefront of innovation and social change. By supporting these organisations, we amplify their impact potential and provide students with the opportunity to work in dynamic environments where their contributions can make a significant difference.

We value participating organisations that demonstrate a genuine commitment to sustainability, innovation, and social impact. These organisations prioritise ethical practices, diversity, and collaboration, creating an environment conducive to both personal and professional development for our interns.

"Our mission is to empower students to contribute to a more sustainable and inclusive future, while supporting organisations in achieving their impact goals."

What vision of impact does this programme carry?

This programme aims to foster a community of individuals and organisations dedicated to advancing the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs). Our mission is to empower students to contribute their skills and creativity towards building a more sustainable and inclusive future, while supporting organisations in achieving their impact goals.

Community building fosters collaboration, knowledge sharing, and support networks among participants. By nurturing a vibrant community of students, organisations, mentors, and alumni, we create a ecosystem where ideas flourish, partnerships thrive, and collective impact is maximised.

We hope to see a diverse community expanding around this programme, comprising passionate individuals from various backgrounds and sectors, and united by a shared commitment to creating positive change and leaving a lasting impact on society and the environment.

The InTent Internship Programme sponsors 2 to 3 months summer internships in impact-driven organisations, based in the E.U,  Switzerland and the UK.
